View from Jardin des Tuileries

All afternoon yesterday, I thought it was going to rain, but it finally didn’t. It was very cloudy as you can see, but the sun would appear among the clouds with this surreal light.

  1. Nice photo again, I love your blog! It’s funny because I originally found you on Twitter by using the Nearby function within 1km. We probably live very close (XIV?). I made my mom discover some stuff on the web a few months ago and I showed her what you do online, and how much you’re up-to-date (should I say geek? :) . It really boosted her!

    • XV it is. Why do I never use the Nearby function? I should try it! Thanks for your kind words. Your Mom should definitely go on the web. It’s lots of fun and not so difficult to grasp, especially when one has someone to help with the first steps.

  2. I don’t know why, but I’m always attracted to photos of skies filled with pending storms. Maybe it’s the sense of power they emit — or is it the foreboding appearance — could be the promise of rain signifies renewal…..
